Return & Refund Policy

1. Return – Change of Mind

If you receive your order in perfect condition but simply wish to return it, we accept returns as long as:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, and boxes must be intact

In this case:

  • You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping

  • The original delivery charges you paid when placing the order will not be refunded

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the remaining amount

2. Return – Damaged or Defective Item

If the product you received is damaged or defective:

  • You’ll need to send the item back to us

  • We’ll cover the return shipping charges once the issue is verified

  • After inspection, we’ll either send you a replacement at no extra cost or give you a full refund, including the shipping you paid

Note: Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please include photo or video proof when reaching out.
