Return & Refund Policy
1. Return – Change of Mind
If you receive your order in perfect condition but simply wish to return it, we accept returns as long as:
The product is unused and in its original packaging
All tags, accessories, and boxes must be intact
In this case:
You’ll need to cover the cost of return shipping
The original delivery charges you paid when placing the order will not be refunded
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund the remaining amount
2. Return – Damaged or Defective Item
If the product you received is damaged or defective:
You’ll need to send the item back to us
We’ll cover the return shipping charges once the issue is verified
After inspection, we’ll either send you a replacement at no extra cost or give you a full refund, including the shipping you paid
Note: Claims for damaged or defective items must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please include photo or video proof when reaching out.
